This heated, high-energy vinyasa yoga class will get your heart rate up, your body sweating and completely rinsed. Stretching, flowing, & holding poses to come into your power. The room is heated between 85-90 degrees to help loosen muscles and encourage your focus to return to breathing and movement.

This vinyasa yoga class is offered in both moderately heated and non-heated variations, allowing each student to explore their practice in a way that feels aligned and intentional. You’ll be guided through a dynamic flow and encouraged to own your practice—listening closely to your body and choosing what you need in each moment. Some days may invite strength, stamina, and challenge; other days may call for slowing down, softening, and creating ease.

This non heated gentle yoga practice will guide you through your vinyasa at a gentle, controlled pace. You will be focusing on the speed of your breath and be encouraged to create a flow that is linked with your breath. In addition, there will be some extensive floor work that will allow time for the deepen of many postures. All levels welcomed and encouraged.

Forrest Yoga is a style created by Ana T Forrest, long time practitioner and author. The practice emphasizes the use of abdominals, breath and relaxation of the neck to heal the areas most vulnerable to modern day people. The room is gently heated to 85 degrees and each class is creatively curated around a particular theme, i.e. backbends, deep hip openers, inversions and includes a fun apex pose to challenge and inspire you.
This 75-minute, non-heated class follows the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series—a structured, breath-led practice designed to build strength, flexibility, focus, and internal heat from within. Linking movement with steady ujjayi breath, students move through a consistent sequence that promotes discipline, clarity, and mindful awareness. The Primary Series is often described as a practice of purification, supporting the body’s natural rhythms while cultivating stamina and resilience.

This practice is a perfect compliment to the yang practice of power yoga. With the majority of postures taken on the floor, either seated or lying down, this class is available to everybody. The focus in this class is holding postures for 3-5 minutes allowing time for the connective tissue (fascia) to soften and expand. The use of bolsters, blankets and blocks makes this practice accessible to even the most inflexible of bodies.

Unwind and reset with this ultra-chill practice designed to support deep rest and relaxation. Using gentle, long-held postures, you'll settle into stillness, allowing your body and mind to fully release tension. With a focus on breath, ease, and effortless comfort, this class invites you to slow down, soften, and simply be. Perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, restore energy, or embrace a moment of pure calm. No experience needed, just come as you are and let go.
This slow, nourishing class invites you to soften, settle, and deeply restore. Blending the quiet depth of yin yoga with the supportive ease of restorative postures, poses are held for longer periods and fully supported with props to encourage release in the body and calm in the nervous system. Expect gentle shapes, mindful breath, and spacious pauses that allow tension to unwind and awareness to deepen. This practice is less about doing and more about allowing.
